Our Proactive Network Support packages run on a rolling 30-day contract basis which means there are no lengthy tie-ins and therefore minimal financial risks for our customers. This very short contract period also helps to keep our service levels as high as they are – our customers could switch away from us very quickly if our customer service were poor.
